By accessing and using the Servionn™ Intelligent Booking platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Intelligent Booking provides an AI-powered appointment scheduling and management platform that enables businesses to:

• Manage appointments and client bookings
• Communicate with clients via SMS messaging
• Automate scheduling through AI-powered conversations
• Track staff availability and manage schedules
• Store and manage client information

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties

By using our SMS messaging features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have obtained proper consent from clients before sending SMS messages
• You will comply with all applicable SMS regulations, including TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act
• Clients can opt-out of SMS communications at any time
• We are not responsible for message delivery failures or delays
• Standard message and data rates may apply

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Understand that fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Accept that prices may change with 30 days notice

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that:

• You own or have the right to use all data you upload to the Service
• You grant us a license to use your data to provide the Service
• We will protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You are responsible for backing up your data

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Servionn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SERVIONN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
